Serenity & Balance provides holistic health care to individuals and organisations, encouraging harmony in mind, body and spirit.
In addition it also aims to educate in many areas of complementary therapy, (via introductory workshops in selected therapies) and stress management. The aim is to empower individuals so that they are able to become more in tune with their own health needs. Through that knowledge everyone can be pro-active in addressing and attending to the needs of their bodies.
